Our Process

Templating

We decide on a date to visit you, and this is when we cut an exact copy of the worktops. This template is made from MDF, and this helps you to get an idea of how the final worktop should look. It also allows you to make final decisions on overhangs, drainer groove location, and tap placement. For this, we ask that all units are fixed in their final location prior to Templating, and all appliances are on-site.

Fabrication

The templates are then taken back into our workshop, where we make an exact copy from your chosen material. This usually takes up to seven days. Following this, we decide on a time for installation, and this process usually takes a maximum of three hours. We advise that the worktops are left alone for a few hours once they’re set, to allow them to bed in properly. Once this has happened, plumbers and electricians are able to come to fit sinks, taps, hobs, and other features.
