Our Process

Templating

We decide on a date to visit you, we will digitise your kitchen units. Then produce cad drawings of your worktops. To ensure the process runs smoothly, it is important the units are fitted in the final position. Sink is fitted in the base unit. Tap and hob is on site. Fabrication

The templates will then be up loaded to our workshop machinery. Which will be cut and polished with our computerised manufacturing equipment. Producing high quality worktops every time. The process of making your worktops normally takes 7 days from templating Following this, we decide on a time for installation, and this process usually takes a maximum of three hours. We advise that the worktops are left alone for a few hours once they’re set, to allow the glues and sealants to dry.
